- Membership includes the Member’s partner, and children under 18 years of age
- Partners will need their own card if they visit the Club separately. If you always visit together then one card per couple is fine. If you need another card then please let us know.
- Members are entitled to sign in 2 guests (once per month)
- New Members must sign up at the bar
- Existing Members can renew their membership at the bar or via the following link:
- The club operates under our premises licence issued by Guildford Borough Council and being a Member entitles you to member’s pricing at the bar
- As a guide non-member pricing is approx 25% higher than member’s pricing
- To qualify for member’s pricing you must be a fully paid up Member and use your membership card at all times when making purchases at the bar
- Non member prices will be charged if you haven’t renewed your membership by the due date and will also apply for any guests or non-members
- You can load money onto your membership card to avoid multiple bank card transactions
- If you have lost your card please let us know and we will issue a new one. There will be a £10 replacement card fee
- Bad language is not permitted in the Club and you will be warned. A further warning may result in your membership being revoked
- Members are responsible for their guests and their behaviour whilst on Club premises and the Member MUST remain on Club premises whilst guests are present
- Should a Member’s guest break the Club rules, then the Member who invited them is responsible and their membership may be revoked if deemed necessary
- Children under the age 18
- must always be supervised by a responsible adult Member, a parent or guardian who accepts full responsibility for their safety and behaviour whenever on club premises, whether inside or outside
- are not allowed at the bar
- are not allowed to receive raffle prizes of alcohol or money
- must only use the pool table furthest from the bar. The pool table nearest the bar is for adult Members only
